PANIC SUPPORT GROUP in Fitzroy - Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria (ARCVic)

Support, information and self-help for people with Panic and Panic
Disorder. Carers, Supportive Family Members & Friends also welcome.

Many people affected by anxiety disorders find it helpful to meet and talk with others who have had similar experiences. Discussing symptoms, self help ideas and strategies in a relaxed and understanding environment can be a great support to recovery.

Meets the second Thursday monthly - 8 September, 15 October, 10 November, 8 December 2011 ongoing

Venue: Fitzroy Library - Meeting Room 2, 128 Moor Street, Fitzroy (Town Hall)
Time: 7.30pm—9.00pm
Cost: FREE (Gold Coin Donation Appreciated
