Self Help Groups are groups of people who get together with others 'in the same boat' to support each other, share experiences and knowledge, and work together to improve their quality of life. Groups are involved in a variety of activities, such as meetings, information, phone support, producing news letters, social gatherings, advocacy and campaigns.

COSHG acts as a clearing house for people who want to contact groups. The COSHG Directory lists over 700 groups throughout Victoria.
